Strategic Media Specialists
The Embedded Group is a Chicago-based media consultancy and coordination firm dedicated to
helping organizations optimize the impact of their paid and integrated media efforts. Majority
owned by a Black woman and led by two millennial women, our team blends strategic insight with
real-word experience, ensuring that every campaign not only reaches its audience but resonates
with them.
Our Story
While officially founded in 2023, we are built on the deep experience of a team that has worked together for years across sectors including government, public health, education and economic equity. Our team came together after years of collaboration at a previous agency, where we led award-winning, high-impact campaigns for mission-driven organizations. We launched The Embedded Group to continue this work in a more agile, independent structure – allowing us to deliver senior-level expertise with boutique responsiveness.
